Your responsibilities
  • Maintain and govern global master data in the ERP system, including supplier, material, and other procurement-related data
  • Support procurement performance reporting and analytics, with a focus on consolidation of global procurement data
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and planning inputs, including detailed data analysis
  • Act as a key point of contact for ad hoc reporting and analytical requirements within Procurement & Supply Management
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement reporting by enhancing reporting methodologies, data quality, and data structures
  • Support the exploration and evaluation of AI use cases and applications within procurement reporting and analytics to improve efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and consistency across global procurement activities
  • Track KPI deviations, highlight key variances, and support the implementation of corrective actions
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders
  • Prepare cost, spend, and business analyses to support strategic procurement initiatives and management decision-making.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, finance, commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in reporting, data analytics, controlling, or procurement-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, including dashboard creation and data modelling
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms; experience in master data management will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, reporting concepts, and controlling principles
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • First experience with AI applications and an interest in exploring practical use cases to support digital and analytics solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
