Ihre Aufgaben

Maintain and govern global master data in the ERP system, including supplier, material, and other procurement-related data
Support procurement performance reporting and analytics, with a focus on consolidation of global procurement data
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and planning inputs, including detailed data analysis
Act as a key point of contact for ad hoc reporting and analytical requirements within Procurement & Supply Management
Drive continuous improvement in procurement reporting by enhancing reporting methodologies, data quality, and data structures
Support the exploration and evaluation of AI use cases and applications within procurement reporting and analytics to improve efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and consistency across global procurement activities
Track KPI deviations, highlight key variances, and support the implementation of corrective actions
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders
Prepare cost, spend, and business analyses to support strategic procurement initiatives and management decision-making.

Ihr Profil

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, finance, commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
5+ years of relevant experience in reporting, data analytics, controlling, or procurement-related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, including dashboard creation and data modelling
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms; experience in master data management will be an added advantage
Good understanding of procurement processes, reporting concepts, and controlling principles
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
First experience with AI applications and an interest in exploring practical use cases to support digital and analytics solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment
Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
