As part of the Graduate program, you will rotate through different teams and tasks related to your chosen department. In various stations, you will gain practical insights and learn about the interfaces that are important for understanding the big picture. The programs lasts 12 -18 months, depending on the chosen department. After finishing the program, you start your full time position with us.
