Your responsibilities
  • Conduct various testing and analysis in the designated test stations to ensure the quality and research of Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell (SOEC) components and stacks.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and protocols, update detailed documentation to guide the testing process, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Analyze test data and communicate results to cross-functional teams to informed decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues maintaining the testing process and the integrity of the results.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize test procedures and improve performance.
  • Ensure and maintain safe and efficient testing environment and operations adhering to relevant safety standards and protocols.
  • Stay current with industry developments and incorporate new technologies into testing processes and enhancing product quality.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fuel cell testing or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fuel cell components, systems, and testing methods.
  • Experience in integrating new technologies for testing of high-temperature electrolyser or fuel cells, components and stacks.
  • Familiarity with fuel cell testing equipment and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or German.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
