Your responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration and management of existing grants and funding.
  • Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and ensure alignment with funding objectives.
  • Prepare and submit regular financial and progress reports to funding agencies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all grant-related activities and expenditures.
  • Identify potential opportunities for additional funding and support or lead funding proposal development.
Your profile
  • You have a university degree in engineering, natural science or business administration
  • Proven experience in grant management, particularly within the engineering or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are proficient in German as well as in English.
