Your responsibilities

As a working student in Engineering IT Systems, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting company-wide IT and digitalization projects, coordinating with cross functional teams across regions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing a new, globally operating Engineering IT organization, while actively shaping nuceras future way of working.

  • Contribute to the creation of documentation, process descriptions and training materials for engineering IT tools
  • Support the development of concepts for new IT solutions or system enhancements
  • Conduct research on best practices and benchmarking in engineering methods / tools, playing a pivotal role in our AI Innovators Network
  • Assist in project management for international IT and digitalization projects (e.g., implementation of new PLM/ALM features or a global CAD rollout)
  • Support coordination with internal IT departments, engineering teams, and external partners
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and project meetings
Your profile
  • Enrolled student in a mechanical engineering or IT‑related degree program
  • Strong understanding of engineering / product development fundamentals and related engineering IT tools (e.g. Teamcenter or NX)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good & fluent English skills
