Your responsibilities

We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Sales Manager – Green Hydrogen business reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development in Mumbai, India. You will be responsible for initiating and developing industrial electrolysis solutions for our clients in Electrolysis business, mainly related to Green Hydrogen technologies.

  • Responsible to effectively develop & convert business opportunities to Contracts on EP Solutions / FEED / EPCM Contracting modality
  • Identify, qualify and manage relevant business leads.
  • Collect and infer market intelligence to ascertain the target bid value and effectively guide the multi-disciplinary team involved in preparation of proposals.
  • Co-ordination with multidisciplinary team (Technical, Commercial/ Legal), finalization of bid with stakeholders and ensure quality bid for submitting to Customer.
  • Responsible for calculating Sales Price including techno-commercial risks for projects.
  • Work out Cost Estimates for Green Hydrogen Plants
  • Identify and build long term global and local relationships with clients and peers based on the company strategy, including the development of formal partnerships.

 

Your profile
  • You have a university degree in mechanical, chemical or process engineering with 10-15 years’ work experience in (chemical) plant engineering or similar.
  • Possess sound technical knowledge in Electrolysis technology , mainly in Green Hydrogen is preferred. Additional Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Chemical industry is an added advantage.
  • Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, experience in addressing commercial and legal topics, as well as profound knowledge of business development and sales.
  • Since you will closely interact with project developers, end users, engineering contractors, consultants, as well as our internal stakeholders, you are a confident person with a compliant and trustful mindset.
  • Your team spirit and intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences in our international work environment.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
