Your responsibilities

Aim of the position

He/She will be in charge of recruiting, screening and interviewing job applicants as well as matching candidates to suitable positions.

Main responsibilities and Contents

He/She will support the HR Department mainly in the Recruitment activities:

  • Sourcing talents using different tools;
  • Managing job advertisements on job boards and social networks (eg Linkedin);
  • Screening & identifying potential candidates to fill company job vacancies;
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates;
  • Provide feedback;
  • Assist in HR initiatives (onboarding and Project training);
  • Management of other tasks assigned by the Head of HR.
Your profile

The ideal candidate must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Graduate with a master’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year of specific experience in recruitment, experience in engineering companies is a plus;
  • Good spoken and written knowledge of the English language;
  • Knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office);
  • Good ability to work both independently and in team.
