Ihre Aufgaben

We are seeking an IT Project Manager (all genders welcome) to join our dynamic team in Dortmund. In this role, you will oversee the setup, execution and completion of internal IT projects, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines. Your tasks will be:

  • Lead and manage small to medium-sized IT projects focused on application implementations, IT infrastructure and migration projects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT solutions
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices
  • Contribute to portfolio management activities, including engagement in the scoping of new initiatives, monitoring of ongoing ones and development of reporting solutions
  • Support IT security initiatives, including risk assessments, policy development, and compliance monitoring
Ihr Profil
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in IT project management
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and project management
  • Skills in Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, strong teamwork skills as well as organizational and communication skills
  • Engaged and proactive work approach
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
