The company has extensive in-depth knowledge in the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrochemical plants and a strong track record of more than 600 projects with a total rating of over 10 gigawatts already successfully installed. Your responsibilities

As part of our Strategic Program Management Team, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transformation. You will support company-wide initiatives that define how thyssenkrupp nucera grows, innovates, and scales across global markets. In this role, you’ll collaborate with management and cross-functional teams, gaining first-hand insight into the strategic engine of one of the most dynamic companies in the energy transition.

  • Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives and global transformation programs
  • Analyze program performance, identify key insights, and derive actionable recommendations for management
  • Support portfolio steering and transparency across workstreams and strategic priorities
  • Help design cross-functional solutions for organizational and operational challenges
  • Prepare and deliver decision-ready presentations for senior management
  • Take ownership of your topics and manage independent sub-projects in a global environment
Your profile
  • Recently completed Bachelor’s degree or are ongoing Master’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field with strong academic results
  • Initial experience from internships or working-student roles – ideally in strategy, consulting, or project management
  • Well-developed intercultural competencies through study or work experience abroad
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong communicator who engages confidently across all hierarchical levels
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Availability: six months (shorter durations possible in exceptional cases)
